Morning guys, I had exactly the same issue, though I first noticed it when I saw that there were no commentary names for my Virtual Pro to choose from (the list just remained empty). After going through the many reports about missing audio commentary (no club/player names mentioned, infos during the game, etc.), I found out that I was experiencing the same behavior.

I then had a closer look at the installation directory of FIFA 15. In there are several data_audio_*.bh/.big files. But there were also some ger*.bh/.big files. And the latter ones were the reason, why I had the mentioned issues. I can only guess (haven't had a look what's inside) that these are the main files for the audio commentary.

Mine were named ger*.bh/.big because when I installed FIFA 15, I chose (Deutsch / German) as the installation language (I am from Germany;-) ). However, it's been a while since I used German commentary in a FIFA game (in my opinion, it's just horrible, especially when playing Premier League). So, as always, I chose English when starting the game (both in the FIFA Starter and when the country flags show up). Well, the outcome is well known - just some generic audio commentary and no names for the Virtual Pro. So, let's get straight to the solution: I bought a digital copy of FIFA 15, so I have no DVD of the install binaries. On top of that, EA had one of their genius moments (NOT!!!) when they decided to not cache or provide you with game installers for all Origin games anymore, even though you configured Origin to do so. My bet was, that there will probably be.big/.bh files for the other available commentary languages.

But how to get them? I uninstalled FIFA 15 and reinstalled it, but this time I also chose English when starting the installation process. And guess what - I had full English commentary plus Virtual Pro names. Having a look at the FIFA 15 directory, I now have six new files ( eng_us.bh/.big, eng_us_2.bh/.big and english_us.bh/.big).

The ger*.bh/.big files are gone. That means that the language you select during installation determines the commentary language you will be able to use in the game - although demo teams and generic commentary seems to be available without the corresponding.bh/.big file. So, if anyone would do the work and reinstall FIFA 15 over and over again in every possible installer language, he or she would probably be able to switch audio commentary whenever he wants to (just backing up the ger*/eng*/spa*/etc.bh/.big files each time and then finally putting them all together). I mean, not that anyone would be that 'impertinent' expecting EA could provide us with a more convenient solution.;-) Anyways, I hope this explanation/solution helps some of you guys.

Oh, and by the way: if you bought a phyiscal copy, just have a look at your DVD directory. I wouldn't be surprised, if you find the.bh/.big files somewhere on it, so no need to reinstall FIFA 15.
