I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the software again. When performing the uninstallation, try running as well. This will make sure your computer is completely clean. If the software continues to crash after this, move Vocalizer Pro out of your plugin folder, scan your plugins again, then add Vocalizer Pro back to the plugin folder and re-scan.
